NIGHT SERVICE, its products, photography, copy and colours are starter material so the theme arrives looking like something rather than a wireframe. Replace all of it before you launch. The campaign assets are licensed for your use with the theme, not for resale.

The Connected theme code stays licensed to you permanently. What ends when Care ends is the service: Portal access, monitoring, reporting and managed updates. HYPHR.js stays dormant without a valid site key, and your store keeps selling exactly as it did.

A design system carries across platforms; one code archive does not. AFTERIMAGE is a Shopify theme and is sold as exactly that. When a native Wix Studio or headless edition exists and has been tested, it will appear here as its own edition — not as a relabelled Shopify ZIP.

Separate Standard and Connected packages with buyer documentation and original campaign assets.
You keep the version you bought. A newer release never overwrites your files, and your download link keeps working.
Licence
What you may do with it.
You may
- Install, modify and use it on one active production store you own or control
- Use it commercially, and sell whatever you like through it
- Have employees or contractors edit it for that store
- Move the licence to a replacement store you own, after removing it from the previous one
- Keep using it permanently — the licence does not expire
You may not
- Resell, sublicense, share, publish or give away the theme source, docs or starter assets
- Run one purchase across several active stores
- Present the underlying theme system as your own theme product
- Use one licence for client work across multiple client stores — that needs one licence each
You own your brand, product data, copy and everything you upload. HYPHR keeps the AFTERIMAGE system itself, its documentation, marks and starter assets. AFTERIMAGE is reusable and sold to more than one buyer — it is not one-of-one unless a separate signed exclusivity agreement says so. That is the honest difference between licensing a template and commissioning a custom build, where the delivered code is handed to you outright.
